When you realize your time is against you...

The spirit is getting ready to release the body

 When someone says their time is against them then their time is short and ready to soon move beyond time , beyond this rapidly changing flesh released out of time into timeless spirit . The spirit quickened the body. Now when my spirit releases my body it is set upon a course previously created by my spirit while in my body. I cannot prove this but believe it was set into my heart as I was given existence. It is that course that will launch me into my future.

Faith soon meets fear in the foxhole

Now the war between spirit and the flesh approach a coming surprise. If faith does not rule my body then my body will rule my spirit. The winner will secure my destination. Will I exist in jubilation or not? We will see when we meet in the foxhole.

Definition of hell....

Doing the same thing over and over forever and ever. And doing this with the sense you do not exist and you "know" it. When you are outside existence, which is alone outside God, this then is what hell would be like. This is where ones thinking has carried their faith.

seeing is not believing, believing is seeing

Christians who have faith believe in things that are not as though they were, which is the definition of faith in Hebrews.  They speak it into existence. However, to the world they are lying, telling an untruth because the children of the world are without belief. The ancient writers wrote that God spoke the world into existence. God has great faith! I think of the universe and all the galaxies and see the beauty of star nurseries it all seems as if I am within the mind of God. When I read Genesis how the world was formed it is to me a poetically beautiful description of an equally fantastic evolution. Those who believe technically in a clinical evolution of still photographs lack the spirit to see the dynamic movie that evolution unfolds. They cannot see it but something is there or we would not have it in the corners of our memory.    

Not yet ready for prime time in 1915....

Currently this blog is still being formatted with boilerplate and is not yet set up. One of the themes still being considered for this site is something new I call anecdotal genealogy. We see that the concrete world changes or evolves which is easy to think about but the abstract world is governed by forces we do not readily see. The upshot is one is never ready and will never really know enough so it is forced upon us to begin the journey without being reassured of the result.

With all the technological devices employed today to record events not one of them can record the spirit of the event any better than historians in the deep space of ancient time. Technological advances record the letter of the event but not the spirit. That requires the same tools today that ancient writers used to describe events then. 

everything is fiction once in the past

Everything in the present becomes, once there, immediately tangled in the past. Once this happens nothing can be proved  with absolute certainity. This for the primary reason being originally everything came from the unseen, which is itself born out of the projected basis of faith and belief. When history is revealed as debatable illusion, then only fiction remains. Everything begins in fiction, revealed as fact, and immediately dissolves into the fictional vague and uncertain past. Since the best we can have in the matter are our opinions, that is all we are ever left with. It is this for which we are responsible. We are our own memories, no matter how less diligently we seek to understand them.
